Hunzinger Construction has started construction on the elaborate 282-unit Park Lafayette Condominium project in downtown Milwaukee. The condominium project, designed by Pappageorge Haymes Company, will include two 20-story residential towers, ten townhouse units and a 4-story underground parking structure.

The location of the building, off of Park Lafayette Street in downtown Milwaukee, will offer tenants spectacular views of the city and a prime location near shopping, dining, and downtown businesses. See the progress from 40’+ below ground to the current status.
