South Tower Expansion project, a $46.5 million expansion that includes 89 new independent living units. Units are approximately 1,100 to 1,800 square feet and are designed with full kitchens and baths, in-unit laundry facilities, balconies and interior finishes compatible with new high-end condo units.

A new health and wellness center, which is also part of the expansion, includes a cardiovascular weight room, aerobic and class area, a swimming pool, lockers, classrooms, expanded art gallery, new bistro and a commons area. Construction timeline started in October 2009 with a move-in for June 2011 and final completion nearing August 2011.Current construction in progress has 9 of the 22 concrete floors poured.

From the North or South -
take Interstate 43 to the McKinley Avenue Exit

From the South -
make a right onto McKinley Avenue

From the North -
make a left onto McKinley Avenue

Take McKinley East to 6th Street and make a right onto 6th
Go to the first light and make a left onto Juneau Avenue
Continue on Juneau for approximately 1 mile and make a left onto Prospect Avenue
Continue north on Prospect to Saint John's (on the right side)

2 blocks north of Brady Street, turn right into our parking lot just before Kane Place

From I-94 take 794 East to the Plankinton Ave. Exit.
You will come to a stoplight, go straight over the bridge and go to Water Street.
Take a left and head one block North on Water to 500 N. Water Street.
Joey Buona's is located on the North/East corner of Water & Clybourn.
